The Sri Sathya Sai International Organization (SSSIO) provides free, high-quality healthcare to those in need, adhering to the principles of Sai Ideal Healthcare, often in remote and rural areas where such services are most needed yet least available or affordable. The SSSIO continues to practice, promote, and facilitate Swami’s worldwide health mission. Highly skilled doctors and healthcare professionals render loving, selfless service throughout the world without seeking personal recognition, benefit, or remuneration.

Principles of Sri Sathya Sai Ideal Healthcare

Every year, hundreds of thousands of patients in need receive essential medical services in the primary areas listed below, with examples of these universal humanitarian services described in the sections that follow.

USA

Blood Donation Services

The USA has faced a significant shortage of blood products in recent years, including red blood cells and platelets. In response, SSSIO Centers and Regions have collaborated with local organizations, including the American Red Cross and local churches, to conduct blood donation camps. Sai Center members are also encouraged to donate blood and platelets.

Collaborative Medical Clinics

The Ashland Free Medical Clinic (AFMC) marked 21 years of providing free medical care to those in need in San Lorenzo, California. Services include primary care, free vision and dental care, and lifestyle medicine, a newer physician-run program. Every patient who participated in the lifestyle medicine program over the past year improved their diabetes control and significantly reduced their hemoglobin A1c level. Some patients have been able to reduce the number of diabetes medications they take. Free vision services include comprehensive eye exams and corrective glasses, as needed. Dental care is provided through a partnership with the University of California, San Francisco Dental School. Available specialty care includes psychiatry, dermatology, ear, nose, and throat services, endocrinology, orthopedics, and physical therapy.

The Unity Clinic of Texas began providing free medical, dental, and optical care on June 21, 2025, in Leander, Texas. The clinic offers primary care services that include lifestyle medicine. Free dental service was a notable highlight, with full checkups for adults and children as well as dental extractions. Free vision screening and evaluation of common ocular problems were also offered.

Health Fairs

In 2025, 18 Health Fairs were conducted, some in collaboration with community organizations, also focusing on serving the needy in their communities. Services included not only general health check-ups and blood tests, including blood glucose, hemoglobin A1C, and lipid profile testing, but also dental screening and eye tests with the distribution of eyeglasses. Additionally, Health Education and Nutrition counselling were offered.

Free Health and Wellness in Pittsburgh, USA

On April 27, 2025, the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Pittsburgh hosted a free Health and Wellness Fair at the Second Avenue Commons Shelter, providing essential medical services to more than 60 individuals experiencing homelessness. The event was organized with Pittsburgh Mercy, UPMC, Allegheny County Department of Human Services, and Second Avenue Commons Inc. The initiative addressed a pressing need for healthcare access, as unsheltered homelessness in Allegheny County has risen 44% since January 2024.

Health Fairs in Des Moines, Iowa

The Sathya Sai Baba Community Service Center of West Des Moines conducted a free Health Fair on May 10, 2025, at Franklin Jr High School. A total of 117 visitors were offered a range of basic screenings, medical consultations, and support services. The non-profit organization EMBARC provided translators and logistical support. Des Moines University (DMU) medical students helped facilitate BMI checks, blood pressure, lab work, and checkout. The Polk County Health Department handled several screenings, including glucose and cholesterol tests. To enhance visitor comfort, hot lunch was prepared and served by families from the Des Moines Tamil Association. A dedicated snack station was also available for those who completed fasting for lab tests. Reading glasses were provided to those in need based on optometry screenings. One of the significant findings was that up to 38% of respondents with HbA1c had values above 5.6, suggesting pre-diabetes or diabetes. This was a major awareness for the visitors to take preventive measures.

On September 27, the Center conducted its annual Health Fair at Epworth United Methodist Church, serving 90 visitors from diverse backgrounds. Several members of the Epworth Church and the Des Moines community volunteered with the SSSIO members. The Polk County Health Department and volunteer nurses assisted in obtaining blood pressure, blood tests (glucose, lipid panel), and provided free flu shots. Physicians and providers from local hospitals offered consultation on a range of specialties. Medical Students from the local medical school also participated.

Free Health Fair: Dallas, Texas

The Sri Sathya Sai Center of Dallas, Texas, launched its inaugural health fair on July 26, 2025, with 30 volunteer physicians and approximately 60 non-medical volunteers. Together, they provided free healthcare screening to families from an underserved community in Plano. By partnering with a local school in the Plano Independent School District, the Sai Center identified families in need. A school counselor helped with publicity and pre-registered them, ensuring the camp was tailored to their specific needs. Visitors received vital sign checks and received consultations in dental, vision, and primary care. Volunteers also offered educational booths on ergonomics, nutrition, stroke awareness, and breast health. Spanish translators were available throughout the event. Every guest experienced warmth and attentiveness in their interactions, and the fair stood as a reminder of the guiding principle, 'Love All, Serve All'.

Sai Wellness Health Fair, Marietta, Georgia

The Northeast Atlanta Sai Center, in the Southeast Region (Region 3), held its first Sai Wellness Health Fair on September 14, 2025, at 'The Extension' in Marietta, Georgia. The Extension is a rehabilitation and housing facility that has helped hundreds of homeless adults in Cobb County overcome addiction and rebuild healthy, productive lives. The Sai team partnered with the women’s facility, which housed 20 women ranging in age from their mid-20s to 50s. Healthcare professionals included four physicians, one dentist, one physical therapist, three registered nurses, and a medical student. Seven patients were seen; services included primary care, women’s health, pulmonology, dental care, physical therapy, and mental health services, along with health education on smoking, cancer screening, and physical and mental health.

Visitors to the New Jersey Health Fair, Bergen County, were educated about diabetes, hyperlipidemia, stroke, heart attacks, and cancer screening, along with diet and exercise. Reading glasses were provided to those who needed them. The Fair was held in collaboration with Hackensack Meridian Health / Palisades Medical Center Hospital. More than 20 social organizations and vendors participated. A total of 43 volunteers from the SSSIO-USA Regions 1 and 2, including 13 doctors and 6 nurses, served a total of 308 visitors.

Sai Ideal Healthcare Discussions for Young Adults in Healthcare

This new initiative invites Young Adults working in healthcare or planning to enter the field to join study circles focused on Sai Healthcare, sharing experiences alongside discussions and perspectives by senior physicians.

St. Louis and Detroit Medical Camps

SSSIO Centers across the country continued to serve their communities through camp-based screenings and consultations, complemented by multi-station health screening events such as the one held at the Grace Center of Hope in Detroit, Michigan, offering blood pressure checks, weight monitoring, and physician consultations to visitors in need.

Zone 2A

Dominican Republic

Three medical camps were conducted in the Dominican Republic. On May 18, a camp at COPSALUD, Herrera, Santo Domingo, served 70 adults. In addition, 44 baskets of fresh food and clothes were distributed to the participants. On June 28, 50 children received medical attention at the Hogar Gosen Center, San Francisco de Macorís. A third medical camp was held on November 16 in Mata Mamón, Santo Domingo, where 153 people received medical care.

El Salvador

Three doctors provided 50 medical consultations at a medical camp in the community of Tacachico.

Mexico

At the permanent medical clinic in the community of Iztapalapa, one doctor and one nurse provided care to 89 patients between January and October 2025.

At the Sathya Sai School in Cuernavaca, 71 patients received medical care at a medical camp that was conducted for students and their families. In the city of Querétaro, 10 volunteers provided healthcare and medication to 20 elderly adults at a camp on June 20, 2025.

Panama

In the city of Chiriquí, a medical camp was organized in May 2025 where 160 patients received medical consultations and medication. Thirty volunteers participated in this service.

Zone 2B

Argentina

On June 20, 2025, as part of the SAI 100 initiative, a medical camp was conducted in José C. Paz, Argentina, benefiting 26 patients. The event was organized by two SSSIO members, including the attending physician.

Two medical camps were organized in Florencio Varela, Buenos Aires. On August 24, the camp started with the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra, followed by the blessing of the food and the sharing of breakfast with children and their parents, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Two doctors provided medical services to 15 patients, including five children. Medications were provided, and families received information about upcoming Human Values workshops. The children also participated in recreational activities in an environment of care, joy, and holistic service.

On October 19, 2025, 17 patients were served, including seven children, and medication was provided. The encounter was marked by warm interaction and play with the children, including blood pressure checks conducted playfully. The day also coincided with the celebration of Mother’s Day, making it a special and auspicious program.

Bolivia

On September 25, 2025, a Health Fair focused on Sathya Sai Education in Human Values (SSEHV) in Healthcare was held in Sucre. Six volunteers organized the event, benefiting 100 children, who received guidance, care, and educational activities promoting health based on human values. The initiative reaffirmed the commitment to service and the holistic development of children.

Brazil

On June 8, 2025, the Sai Center of Fortaleza, in partnership with the Rhythm of Love Association, carried out the XV Love in Action initiative in the Municipality of Pindoretama, Ceará, Brazil, as part of the Projeto Florescer (Project Flourish), operating since March 2023. Fourteen SSSIO volunteers served 65 children and their families from six local communities, with activities held at the Francisco Raimundo de Oliveira Municipal School.

On July 19, 2025, Sai Centers from the State of Rio de Janeiro, together with the Coordination of Region Southeast II and the Sai Foundation of Brazil, conducted a joint community outreach and medical camp at the Divine Light Community in Rio de Janeiro. The initiative provided healthcare, food assistance, and support to the residents. It was made possible by the dedicated work of Sai volunteers and Sai youth, who practiced Swami’s teaching that selfless service is love in action.

On October 17, 2025, volunteer doctors, supported by community members, offered free medical care to 164 children at the Nossa Senhora das Graças Nursery School in Salvador, Brazil. The day reflected selfless service, compassion, and care, bringing health, guidance, and hope to the children and their families.

Australia

Volunteers in Australia pre-booked appointments at the national blood bank for both whole blood and plasma donations, an arrangement that lowers the cost and need for logistical support. Australian healthcare professionals participated in the regional oncology conference held in Fiji.

Fiji

On April 26, 2025, a one-day outreach medical camp was held at Waidina College, Navurevure, in the Waidina District. Organized by 82 volunteers, 155 patients were treated in general medical care, dentistry, and eye care. Prescription glasses and free medications were also distributed.

From August 24-29, 2025, the annual international medical camp, which has been offered since 2006, brought together more than 120 healthcare professionals and volunteers from across Zone 3. A total of 2,258 patients were treated at six locations on Viti Levu. Pre-camp seminars were conducted for about 50 medical students and nurses from the University of Fiji (UPSM), many of whom went on to serve at the camps themselves. Specialties included family medicine, internal medicine, cardiology and stroke, gastroenterology, orthopedics and general surgery, gynecology, physiotherapy, dentistry, optometry, and pharmacy with free medicine distribution. Surgeons performed minor procedures, and numerous complex cases were referred to tertiary hospitals or to the Viseisei Sai Specialist center for follow-up review and endoscopy.

The Viseisei Sai Specialist Center (VSSC) commenced specialist clinics in August 2025 alongside the international medical camp. Services include gastroenterology and hepatology consultations and endoscopy procedures every two months. Cardiology and stroke clinics are scheduled to begin in 2026.

Telemedicine remains an important resource for underserved patients in Fiji. Specialist consultations, primarily in oncology and gastroenterology, are provided by phone, by email, and through local doctors. On average, two patients per month receive specialist advice this way. An oncologist based in Rotorua, New Zealand, conducted in-person visits to Fiji for training, complex case management, and multidisciplinary meetings with Fijian healthcare teams. Separately, at a regional oncology conference attended by professionals from Fiji, Australia, and New Zealand, an 18-year review of gastrointestinal cancer detection by the Sathya Sai Medical Unit was presented.

Volunteers in Fiji participated in blood donation drives, resulting in 160 units of blood collected.

New Zealand

In August 2025, a presentation on Sai healthcare activities and values-based care was delivered in Auckland to more than 150 healthcare professionals, predominantly nurses. The session was warmly received, with strong interest in participating in future medical camps.

Zone 4

Indonesia

The Sai Study Group Indonesia (SSGI) conducted two medical camps in 2025 to provide healthcare services to underserved communities. In Langkat, a post-flood medical camp was organized to treat common illnesses such as fever, cough, skin infections, and digestive problems, with doctors providing consultations, medications, and health education. Another camp in Bandung offered consultations, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, and basic treatments. In addition, volunteers also distributed food supplies and medications to support around 50 beneficiaries.

SSGI also organized blood donation drives in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). These drives, held several times in different regions, collected a total of 194 pints of blood. This initiative supported hospitals and promoted community participation.

Malaysia

In 2025, 12 medical camps were conducted throughout different parts of Malaysia, including some in collaboration with community organizations and local health clinics. Healthcare professionals offered consultations, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, electrocardiogram (ECG), eye check-ups, dental check-ups, basic treatments, medications, as well as health education. In addition, 15 blood donation drives were conducted in different regions, resulting in the collection of 3,038 pints of blood.

Sri Lanka

A total of 736 cataract patients received free surgeries at more than six different locations. Patients were provided free transportation from their villages. SSSIO volunteers served them meals and also supported them during their stay. In addition, 700 ophthalmic eye drops were donated to General Hospital Vavuniya for the post-operative care of patients.

Nine blood donation drives were held across the country, collecting 361 pints of blood. Also, 11 medical camps were held throughout 2025, serving 2,344 patients.

A Haven of Compassion – Cancer Hospice

Since its establishment on July 5, 2002, Sathya Sai Suva Sevana, the Cancer Hospice owned and managed by the SSSIO Sri Lanka, has stood as a sanctuary of care, comfort, and dignity for those battling life-limiting illness. Over the years, it has cared for approximately 600 patients, offering not only medical support but also emotional and spiritual solace during life’s most challenging moments.

At any given time, the Hospice cares for an average of 20 patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention in a peaceful and nurturing environment. While many come seeking palliative care in their final stages, the Hospice has also been home to stories of remarkable endurance. One patient was cared for over a period of seven years before peacefully passing on, while another continues to receive care after 13 years, a measure of the long-term care extended by the nursing, attending, and management staff of the Hospice. The Hospice operates entirely through the generosity of well-wishers, sustained by donations and the goodwill of individuals and families. SSSIO Young Adults and Ladies Wing visit the premises regularly to extend care and love to the patients and staff. These acts of kindness nourish the patients and sustain those who serve.

Thailand

Zone 7

Syria

Community outreach was an integral part of these efforts, allowing volunteers to identify and reach patients as conditions shifted across neighborhoods. Psychological support programs served children and mothers coping with the mental health toll of conflict and displacement. Targeted assistance reached persons with disabilities through the provision of essential care items, in collaboration with other associations.

Medical aid also formed a central part of SSSIO Syria’s emergency response, providing both immediate and follow-up care to displaced families and others affected by crises. Together, these initiatives combine curative, preventive, and psychosocial care, offering a steady source of healthcare for communities navigating extraordinary circumstances.

Zone 8

During 2025, the Medical Team of Zone 8 conducted a series of webinars, workshops, and outreach sessions for SSSIO members and the public, focusing on health awareness and developing skills in medical and psychological care.

Health Awareness / Education Sessions and Workshops

During March 21-22, 2025, dental care was provided to 23 underserved individuals (18 adults and 5 children) by a Sai dentist. At the 11th World Conference, one of the highlights was a meeting with members of the international medical team, fostering collaboration and exchange of knowledge.

Volunteer Medical Camps in Zone 8

International Medical Volunteer Camp

During the summer of 2025, SSSIO conducted an International Medical Volunteer Camp in Zone 8 with extensive medical services. The medical team comprised 28 doctors from Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, the USA, and the UK, including cardiologists, internists, a neurologist, a gynecologist, pediatricians, gastroenterologists, dentists, a pain management specialist, psychologists, massage therapists, and pharmacists.

Doctors visited about 40 families at home, including children requiring special care as well as large families, and offered care in rural villages and underserved areas. During the camp, more than 1,900 patients received medical treatment, while many of them also received free medications. In addition, wheelchairs and essential medical equipment were purchased and donated to a local medical center.

One hundred and thirty participants attended an International Medical Conference, which was held as part of the camp, featuring keynote speeches by doctors from the UK and the USA. The conference included five workshops on current medical topics for doctors and paramedics from local medical institutions.

Zone 9

Medical services were offered across nine countries: Botswana, Benin, Kenya, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, South Africa, Uganda, and Tanzania. These included permanent medical clinics, large-scale international and local medical camps, outreach programs, telemedicine, preventive healthcare initiatives, and blood donation drives. Taken together, these programs delivered accessible healthcare to underserved communities.

Benin

Blood pressure clinics were conducted in January and February 2025, serving 40 patients per clinic.

Botswana

On September 22, 2025, the ‘Project Happiness’ medical camp was held in Rasesa village, serving over 65 elderly villagers. Alongside medical care, the camp promoted disease prevention and healthy lifestyles, with a particular focus on diabetes.

The permanent clinic in Gaborone operates every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as a paperless, pre-registered service, offering medical, dental, eye care, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and ultrasound consultations. About 23 volunteers serve each week, providing free consultations, medicines, and eyeglasses. In 2025, the clinic served 1,710 patients.

Kenya

In Mombasa, SSSIO Vision Camps have partnered with the Lions Medical center for the past 21 years, combining resources and offering screening, cataract surgeries, follow-up care, and logistical support. Through these partnerships, healthcare has been strengthened, and continuity of care is maintained for hundreds of patients each year.

Madagascar

International Medical Camp

From April 21 to 25, 2025, the SSSIO conducted a medical camp in Antananarivo, grounded in the principles of Sai Ideal Healthcare, free, compassionate, and universal healthcare for all. The camp served communities with limited access to medical care and brought volunteers together from across the world. The camp drew 185 volunteers, including 55 SSSIO members from Australia, Botswana, Canada, Mauritius, New Zealand, the UAE, the UK, and the USA, supported by a strong local team from Madagascar. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, interpreters, general helpers, and youth served side by side, working across departments from patient registration and triage to logistics, transportation, media, cleaning, and food service.

The camp was conducted across two schools in Antananarivo, with sites selected in consultation with the Ministry of Health. Local authorities, including the mayors, played a critical role in crowd management and security. Patients began queuing before dawn each day, and 6,633 patients were seen over the five days, many receiving care across multiple disciplines for a total of more than 20,000 consultations.

Departments covered a wide range of services: General Medicine treated hypertension, diabetes, infections, malnutrition, and skin conditions; Cardiology screened for cardiac issues through ECG and echocardiograms; Pediatrics cared for children with malnutrition, developmental delays, epilepsy, and infections; Gynecology assisted pregnant mothers and identified fibroids and ovarian cysts; and Surgery carried out minor procedures, including cyst removals and joint injections. The Emergency Team stabilized urgent cases, including a collapsed diabetic patient, a road traffic accident victim with a shoulder dislocation, and an infant in respiratory distress, through nebulization, insulin therapy, and emergency orthopedic care. Dentistry brought relief through extractions for long-standing problems, Physiotherapy and Pain Management helped restore mobility and reduce chronic pain, and Eye Care provided visual acuity assessments along with free prescription glasses and sunglasses. Nursing supported triage and vital signs assessment, and the Laboratory ran point-of-care tests including HbA1c, cholesterol, hemoglobin, malaria (multiple strains), blood glucose, and white cell differential counts. Pharmacy dispensed medications, managed inventory, and prepared pre-packed prescriptions for distribution.

Among the touching stories from the camp, a young boy received his first pair of glasses and could finally read the classroom board again; a woman who had suffered chronic back pain for years walked out pain-free after physiotherapy; and an elderly man learned, for the first time, how to manage his high blood pressure. On April 24, Aradhana Day, a special devotional gathering brought volunteers together for reflection, group singing, and shared gratitude for the opportunity to serve in Swami’s name.

Permanent Clinic, Antananarivo – The Sathya Sai Center of Antananarivo dispensary provides free medical consultations, treatment, advice, and medicines. The clinic operated twice a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) for most of the year and expanded to three days a week (Wednesday through Friday) from September 11, 2025. During the year, 1,094 patients were seen by a general practitioner and a pediatrician. Financial assistance was also provided for patients requiring surgical interventions, and nutritional support was extended through milk powder for infants in cases where mothers were unable to provide adequate breast milk.

Following the international medical camp, the Sathya Sai Center of Antananarivo was inspired by the quality of care delivered by the pediatric team. A significant number of pediatric cases were observed to require specialized attention, particularly among children and infants. In response, the Center identified the need for a qualified pediatrician, and pediatric services were introduced on September 11, 2025, allowing the clinic to expand from two to three days per week.

Malawi

SSSIO Malawi continued to support the national healthcare system through regular blood donation drives throughout the year, helping address shortages for emergency care, surgeries, and maternal health.

Mauritius

SSSIO Mauritius organized a series of blood donation drives across multiple locations, supporting the national healthcare system’s blood supply for surgeries and emergency care. The drives were conducted with local authorities and aligned with community occasions such as Mother’s Day and the Shravan Mass at Grand Bassin, encouraging wider participation.

South Africa

SSSIO South Africa focused on Mother and Child healthcare, delivering integrated services to underserved communities. Programs combined medical care, vision screening, dental services, and social support, alongside parenting and Educare workshops to promote family wellbeing. Through partnerships, including a collaboration with the African Eye Institute, specialized services such as vision screening and eyeglasses were made accessible, supporting early childhood development and preventive care.

Tanzania

SSSIO Tanzania delivered medical camps, telemedicine services, and health education initiatives, expanding healthcare services across many communities. Medical camps provided consultations, diagnostic screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI), nutritional advice, and free medicines and eyeglasses. Telehealth consultations focused on maternal and child health, and training sessions strengthened frontline care through community health workers.

Uganda

SSSIO Uganda organized blood donation drives at three locations as part of the centenary celebrations of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

SSEHV in Healthcare

SSEHV in Healthcare was launched in 2020 to introduce a medical education system grounded in human values for healthcare workers. It aims to improve patient outcomes, relationships, personal fulfillment, and self-care, and to prevent caregiver burnout. Workshops are also conducted for schools and youth on health-related topics.

SSEHV Workshops Conducted in 2025 for Healthcare Professionals

Zone 1 – SSEHV workshops were conducted in person for healthcare professionals on various topics. During 2025, 591 participants benefited from the workshops, which were held in Northwest Indiana, USA, at a local hospital and at the local university.

Zone 8 – A lecture, Humanism in Medicine, was presented as part of the International Medical Conference in Kazakhstan.

EASE Program

EASE is a holistic wellness program built on four foundational pillars:

• Exercise Regularly

The program integrates scientific knowledge with human values to promote sustainable lifestyle changes and overall well-being. In 2025, the EASE program saw expanded global reach across multiple sectors, with strong engagement in both virtual and in-person formats. Participants increased their adoption of preventive health practices. Reaching nearly 5,000 participants worldwide, the program combined scientific insight with spiritual principles. Looking forward, the program aims to expand its ‘Train-the-Trainer’ initiatives, increase outreach to healthcare institutions, and strengthen youth engagement.

Train-the-Presenter Training

Licensed healthcare professionals were trained through multiple training sessions held virtually, in order to present EASE workshops at the hospitals and to the public.

Zone 1 (January – June 2025): 10 Licensed Healthcare Professionals trained over six sessions (two hours each) plus 1 session (3 hours).

Zone 3 (March – June 2025): Three Licensed Healthcare Professionals trained over four sessions (two hours each), concluding with a final two-hour participant-led presentation. Participants (licensed Healthcare Professionals) expressed strong motivation to disseminate EASE knowledge within their communities.

EASE Workshops by Zone

Zone 1 (Canada)

A ‘mini-EASE’ workshop was delivered to 200 people in four groups of 50 at the Canada Western Retreat in July 2025. The format allowed for presentation and interactive discussion among the participants. The program was well-received.

A full EASE program was delivered over four sessions during September and October 2025. Participants had candid, open discussions and reflections throughout the four sessions and benefited from the insights and awareness of what drives the lifestyle changes they wanted to implement.

An in-person EASE workshop was conducted at the Winnipeg Sai Center, Canada, over 1½ days during October 26-27, with about 40 participants. The session was well received, with extensive discussion of Constant Integrated Awareness (CIA) and its application in EASE.

Zone 1 (USA) – EASE workshops reached Sai Centers, healthcare professionals, parents, and students throughout 2025. In January, an in-person workshop at the Seattle Sai Center drew about 18 participants over 1.5 days, with extensive discussion of Constant Integrated Awareness (CIA) and its application to EASE. The same month, nine pediatricians from across the country completed the American Academy of Pediatrics workshop series and were motivated to incorporate the EASE concept into every patient encounter.

Between January and March, a workshop was conducted for parents of the SSE program, and from March through April, four two-hour virtual sessions were held for Group 4 SSE children, who valued the practical tips and the grounding in the five Human Values before entering college. On March 18, eight hospital staff members in California attended a workshop.

On April 12, an international EASE webinar reached 141 participants worldwide. On June 21, a one-day workshop in Chicago brought together 21 Sai Center members. Two workshops at a Memphis, Tennessee, hospital on October 15 and 29 served 10 and 13 staff members, respectively.

Zone 1 (West Indies) – Health Education Services: EASE Programs

On May 8, 2025, the Sai Institute of Education, West Indies, conducted an EASE Workshop at SWAHA Hindu College, Trinidad, bringing together 45 participants, including the Principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The 80-minute session was interactive and addressed real challenges faced by educators today. The workshop was warmly received, with participants engaging enthusiastically and expressing appreciation for its practical insights. The program was a meaningful step toward nurturing harmony, resilience, and values-based education.

At the University of the West Indies, 56 administrative staff members attended an EASE workshop which covered four components, followed by a question-and-answer session. Participants showed particular interest in the sections on sleep and awareness, and several expressed interest in future sessions.

Zone 2B

An EASE session on the theme ‘Happiness Within Your Reach’ was delivered to Grade 10 students.

Zone 3 (Australia)

In Australia, the EASE program focused on training healthcare professionals to strengthen capacity for future program delivery. The program was delivered to pre-school and school children.

Zone 4 (Malaysia)

Throughout the year, a diverse array of workshops was conducted, reaching multiple demographic segments including healthcare professionals, primary and secondary school students, young leaders, and both Sai and non-Sai community members. With over 679 documented participants and numerous successful targeted events, the program has proven to be a vital public health and spiritual wellness intervention. The EASE program in Zone 4 drew strong participation through a hybrid delivery model, with sessions focused on the prevention of non-communicable diseases. Common themes that emerged across the regions included increased self-awareness, practical tools for daily lifestyle improvement, a deeper understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and a motivation to share what was learned within local communities. Participants described the sessions as practical, uplifting, and spiritually enriching.

Zone 6 & 7

Three virtual sessions were conducted in Zones 6 and 7. One of the participants reflected: “It was very Intense and Uplifting. I feel this program is very important. I am joyful, and I feel the connection with Swami.”

Zone 8

Fifty-five participants attended a workshop for university teachers. The participants felt the session was invaluable and would assist them in leading a healthy lifestyle. A virtual workshop for Russian-speaking regions of Zone 8 was attended by more than 400 people.

Zone 9

The EASE program in Zone 9 reached schoolchildren and young adults in Madagascar through two workshops in 2025. A workshop at Sathya Sai School drew 250 participants. A second workshop, designed for high school students and Young Adults, engaged 10 people and focused on the early adoption of healthy habits.

On April 26, 2025, an ‘EASE into Health’ session was held for participants of the Lafayette Initiative for Madagascar Education (LIME). The Malagasy LIMErs offered warm reflections on what the session meant to them. The group noted that the topic was timely and that true health is not merely the absence of illness, but the presence of balance in body, mind, and conscience. The session has inspired them to begin adopting healthier and happier lifestyles.
