Instead, just select the option at the bottom of the message stating "SKIP CREATE AN ACCOUNT". You will be prompted to enter your email address - please enter it.
5. You will then receive a link via an email from "Jotform" - please keep this link. When you are ready to return to the form (as many times as you'd like) click on the emailed link.
