Benin

Food distribution in Benin reached 150 people, including youth, women, the elderly, vulnerable individuals, and those with disabilities. Volunteers distributed 150 hampers containing rice, canned tomatoes, and spaghetti.

Tree planting was done by the Hountondji Public Primary School students, planting 100 shrubs on the school grounds.

FITHECA (Festival International de Théâtre et de Conte d'Abomey), attracting over 500 participants and tourists, earned the SSSIO Benin a Certificate of Honorary Merit from the Departmental Directorate of Tourism, Culture, and Arts of Zou and the Hills.

Devotional workshops were held to strengthen devotees' connection with Sri Sathya Sai Baba through various spiritual disciplines.

The Sathya Sai Football Academy in Abomey, recognized by the Ministry and the Beninese Football Federation, trained U13, U15, and U17 teams. The U15 team will compete in the national championship in May 2025.

A permanent medical clinic in Abomey treated 438 patients, including adults, youth, and eight children, providing medicines for hypertension and diabetes.

Botswana

The "Project Happiness" medical camp, held on September 22, 2024, in Rasesa village, brought healthcare and joy to over 65 elderly villagers aged 80 and above. Organized by the Sathya Sai Trust of Gaborone, the camp featured screenings and treatments by Dr. Sunil Kadiyala, Dr. Swetha, and Dr. Hitesh Kadiyala. SSSIO volunteers also continued operating a medical clinic around the year in Gaborone. Volunteers from Gaborone and Rasesa, as well as corporate sponsors, gave blankets and food hampers to the elderly. The camp also offered guidance on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles, especially for managing diabetes.

Kenya

In Kenya, the Sathya Sai Medical Clinic operated six days a week, serving 6,070 patients, while the Dental Clinic attended to 318 patients. Additionally, two medical camps were held in Vihiga and Nairobi over four days, providing care to 2,000 people.

Tree planting remained an ongoing initiative, with 150 SSSIO volunteers collectively planting 388,420 fruit and domestic trees.

Two programs were held in communities adopted by the SSSIO. In Uasin Gishu County, three classrooms were constructed, and students received new leather shoes, benefiting 250 students. In Machakos County, three classrooms were built in Kathini, Kasuito, and Kalikya, helping 300 students.

Public meetings in Kajiado County were attended by 530 attendees, and SSEHV teachings were shared through flyers distributed across several shopping centers.

In 2024, the Sathya Sai Dispensary Clinic served 899 patients and distributed 471 medicines. The Sathya Sai Centre of Antananarivo provided essential food items and powdered milk to elderly and malnourished children, distributing 186 kg of rice, 48 kg of grain, 36 kg of pistachios, and 165 containers of milk powder.

In February 2024, 73 volunteers planted 500 trees in Ambohimalaza.

Mauritius

In March, as part of the SAI 100 initiative, SSSIO volunteers assisted 19 impoverished families in Goodlands with non-perishable food hampers and diapers.

In April, 23 children of Sai Blossoms and their teachers went on an excursion to Riche Fond Spiritual Park, where they participated in an Easter hunt, painting activities, and a study circle on human values.

In June 2024, as part of the SAI 100 initiative, SSSIO volunteers assisted 18 impoverished families, including physically impaired individuals, in Beau Songes, Mauritius, by providing hampers with non-perishable food and diapers.

In August, a wellness and counselling workshop was held at Long Mountain Hindi Pracharini Sabha, where Dr. Sunt emphasized mental health and stress management techniques, including active listening, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and gratitude. The event was attended by 62 devotees.

A National Blood Camp was held at Gunga Talao with the Ministry of Health, collecting 81 pints of blood.

On October 17, 2024, SSSIO volunteers in Mauritius marked White Cane Safety Day, which coincided with Avatar Declaration Day, by distributing white canes to visually impaired children at the Louis Lagesse Trust Fund in Beau Bassin. They also participated in a sensitization march led by a police band, during which white canes were distributed to visually impaired adults. The event celebrated the enhanced abilities of the visually impaired and concluded with chanting Sri Rudram and singing bhajans to honor Bhagawan Baba.

The Sri Sathya Sai Center of Tyack organized a service activity in the local Tyack area in November 2024, where five volunteers distributed everyday items to elderly individuals and founding members of the Tyack Center. The volunteers also spent quality time with the families, sharing love and care, which was warmly received by the recipients.

In November 2024, as part of the SAI 100 Initiative, SSSIO volunteers provided 40 food packs and 25 gift packs to 80 impoverished families in Petit Paquet, Poste de Flacq, and Poste la Fayette.

To commemorate International Ladies' Day, the Sri Sathya Sai Centre of Tyack hosted an inspiring program honoring women's contributions to society. The event featured bhajans, the sharing of experiences by the devotees, and a heartfelt poetry recital by young adults dedicated to their sisters. The celebration, which acknowledged the remarkable efforts of women in the organization, was attended by 90 devotees.

South Africa

In November 2024, a special ‘LeadHERship’ program commemorated International Ladies' Day. The event featured inspiring talks and a panel discussion on conflict resolution based on Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s teachings. A short roleplay, How Strange but True?, was performed, followed by a Drumming Circle activity. The event helped participants synchronize thought, word, and deed while fostering self-confidence and focus. The day concluded with melodious, vibrant bhajans and a closing prayer. Additionally, a service initiative was conducted in Welbedacht, where approximately 260 underprivileged individuals received hot meals, non-perishable food, and fresh fruit.

In December 2024, SSSIO volunteers distributed 20 backpacks filled with essential items and treats for the children at the Albert Luthuli Hospital Paediatric Burns Ward. Additionally, volunteers provided 55 food hampers to impoverished individuals at the El Gibbor Soup Kitchen, which operates every Thursday.

SSSIO South Africa celebrated 55 years of Swami’s legacy of pure love, inspiring devotees to uphold His mission of loving and serving all. The event featured soul-stirring music by a guest artist, bhajans by young adults, and virtual speeches from esteemed speakers, including Dr. Narendranath Reddy, Dr. Sambashiva Rao, and Mr. Aravind Balasubramanya. Young adults shared personal reflections on Swami’s impact on their lives. A Gratitude Awards ceremony honored long-serving members, some with over 40 years of service. The celebrations also included dances and a drama, The Summoning of Man, performed by students from the Sri Sathya Sai School of Chatsworth. The event concluded with the distribution of 108 food hampers to the needy.

Tanzania

A Community Adoption program introduced computer education in 12 government schools, donating 10 computers and a projector to each facility. Digital classes were implemented in five schools using Smart School Tanzania, an educational app aligned with the national curriculum. Restroom facilities were built for three schools, benefiting 1,000 children.

A two-day international medical camp in Arusha and Mwanga screened 2,000 patients, with monthly health camps providing essential tests and screenings, including cataract evaluations. Needy families receive 5 kg maize flour bags every fortnight. Environmental efforts included planting 71 fruit trees and 843 shade trees. Additionally, 100 white canes were distributed to visually impaired individuals.

An EASE program was organized on April 11, 2024, engaging 100 children and teachers at a Tanzanian school.

A Parenting workshop in Uganda introduced 80 parents to the Sri Sathya Sai Education in Human Values program, focusing on the purpose of education and the role of parents as role models.

Food service is conducted every third Sunday, with the youth preparing meals for 250 children.

A total of 310 trees, including fruit and domestic trees, were planted. In March and April 2024, medical camps were organized, serving 1,506 patients in dental, ophthalmology, gynecology, pediatrics, general medicine, orthopedics, physiotherapy, cardiology, gastroenterology, and lab services, and providing free medication and eyeglasses. The camps were conducted by 26 doctors, 17 healthcare workers, and 16 international volunteers, supported by over 40 local volunteers and translators.
