Education in human values, advocated by Bhagawan, is already being practised in educational institutions in India and elsewhere. Swami advises that in addition to EHV, 3HV --forging unity of the head, heart, and hands-- is just as important for the practice of Educare. In other words, thoughts, words, and deeds must coalesce and run in the same direction.

Baba further advises that in achieving self-transformation, the role of the five D's is very important: Dedication, Devotion, Discrimination, Discipline, and Determination.
