The Suprabhatam is an auspicious prayer that is offered to the Divine Lord at dawn. It is the day’s first prayer. In Sanskrit, the term ‘Su’ means good and ‘Prabhath’ means morning. Suprabhatam means - good morning. It is the act of dedicating ourselves to the Lord and praying for His blessings at the start of a new day. This prayer must be rendered with the awareness that it is the Divine Lord who works through us throughout the day.
