Do I have to be an SSSIO officer to attend this conference?

You don't have to be an SSSIO officer to participate in this conference. This conference is open to all.

What do you mean by a Delegate?

All conference attendees are Delegates.

Am I a Delegate if I plan to volunteer at the conference?

Yes, and you will get a delegate badge and must register.

Is there a fee for attending the conference?

There is no fee for attending the conference.

When will the registration close?

Online registration will close on March 31, 2023. There is no onsite registration. We suggest early registration for planning and logistical reasons including food.

Do I have to attend the conference all five days?

Although we would love for you to attend all five days, you can choose to attend one or more days.

What meals will be provided at the conference?

Delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner will be provided free of charge on all five days. International cuisine.

Are discounted hotel rates available?

Yes. The following discounted rates are available for a limited number of rooms:

• Hampton Inn and Suites Riverside/Corona East for $149 plus taxes per night for two queen beds
• Hampton Inn and Suites Norco-Corona-Eastvale for $129 plus taxes per night for two queen beds

Transportation to the venue and back from the above-mentioned hotels will be provided.

What time does the program start and end?

The program will start around 11 am PST on April 20, 2023. It will end around 6 pm PST on April 24, 2023.
