Swami says that all spiritual practices are intended to enable the transformation of the heart, leading to Self-realization. Inspired by Him, SSSIO has been serving society and Mother Nature for over six decades through numerous devotional, educational, medical, disaster relief, community service, environmental, and other activities.

The year 2025 was very special as it marked the 100th Birthday of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. To commemorate this landmark occasion, SSSIO recently published a compendium, a historic record of the grand celebrations worldwide to cherish the wonderful experiences and beautiful memories of the Centennial Birthday. This special compendium captures the extraordinary diversity and unity of the Sai family as countries across all ten SSSIO Zones celebrated this sacred occasion with devotional programs, cultural offerings, educational initiatives, interfaith gatherings, and numerous service activities, including medical camps, food distribution, tree-planting, and humanitarian relief projects, inspired by Swami.

This report highlights examples of the selfless services provided by SSSIO members worldwide during 2025, across 114 countries in ten Zones. The following are some of the major highlights. More information can be found in the full report.

1. Over 1,100 delegates from 43 countries convened in Riverside, California, USA, from November 19–24, 2025, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Ladies’ Day, the 11th World Conference of the SSSIO, and the 100th birthday of the Paripoorna Avatar, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. With the theme “Purity is Enlightenment,” the historic conference was held at the beautiful Sai Prema Nilayam facility.
2. SSSIO of Paraguay, South America, committed to performing at least one thousand free cataract surgeries for the needy and the underserved, as an act of love and dedication to Lord Sai on His 100th Birthday. Since November 2019, SSSIO volunteers, doctors, and healthcare professionals in Paraguay have conducted 1,009 cataract operations by November 2025, exceeding their target.





3. SSSIO continues to share Swami’s glory and expand His love across many countries worldwide. There is steady growth in the number of Sai Centers in various Zones, with renewed energy, youth leadership, and expansion through service and community projects. Mexico saw the opening of 12 new Sai Centers, while seven new Sai Centers joined SSSIO in Nepal. Australia and South Africa opened two and three new Sai Centers, respectively.
4. The International Conference of Zone 4, celebrating 100 years of love, service, and human values, was held from September 5–7, 2025, at the Ideal Convention Centre (IDCC) in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The event was filled with devotion and spiritual joy for over 800 devotees, including 250 delegates from other countries. It also featured prominent SSSIO leaders, including Dr. Narendranath Reddy, Chairman of SSSIO; Mr. Leonardo Gutter, Chairman of the Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation; and others.
5. SSSIO organized numerous medical camps, clinics, mobile clinics, workshops, and other projects throughout 2025. In April 2025, a team of 185 SSSIO volunteers provided comprehensive healthcare services to underprivileged people in Madagascar, Africa. Medical camps were held from April 21–25 in Antananarivo, offering consultations across 14 medical specialties to more than 6,600 patients. Services were delivered by 34 healthcare professionals and 19 general volunteers from Australia, Botswana, Canada, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, the UK, and the USA, complemented by a local team from Madagascar and Mauritius.
6. SSSIO continued its educational efforts through 28 Institutes of Sathya Sai Education (ISSEs), 39 Sathya Sai Schools, and various other establishments. The SSSIO Education Committee maintained the ongoing process for accreditation of Sathya Sai Schools worldwide and continued to support the promotion of Sathya Sai Education in Human Values. Sai Spiritual Education classes administered by Sai Centers continued to educate and encourage children on the spiritual path.





7. In addition to participating in all SSSIO programs and activities, the Young Adults (YA) program was strengthened in 2025 with the addition of three key project teams, namely the International Sai Young Adults Veda Programme, Creative Media, and Empowering Leaders teams, along with several initiatives under the SAI-100 program, an offering for Bhagawan’s 100th Birthday. The Young Adults played an integral role in the SSSIO 11th World Conference, the 30th Ladies’ Day, and the 100th Birthday Celebrations of Baba at Sai Prema Nilayam, Riverside, California, in November 2025. This Annual Report highlights the loving, heartwarming, selfless services being provided by SSSIO members around the world. The goal of all service projects and individual sadhana is to realize the oneness of creation and to see and experience divinity in everyone. Swami exhorts us to realize that the purpose of human life, and the purpose of the Organization that bears His holy name, is to realize our innate divinity and to help others recognize their own innate divinity.

We are immensely grateful to Lord Sai for giving us the opportunity and the privilege to take part in His divine mission through the SSSIO. I pray to Swami to bless us with strength, wisdom, and dedication so that we can continue serving Him and His creation selflessly, with unconditional love, until our last breath.
