Young Adults Talent Development Programme
The Young Adults Talent Development Programme consists of a series of monthly workshops that equip young adults with skills applicable to both their personal and professional lives. Based on Sathya Sai Baba’s teachings on Human Values, the Young Adults Talent Development Programme is available to young adults from all around the world between the ages of 18-40. This initiative is a platform for young adults to develop their skills through online workshops covering various relevant topics. The concept of the Programme was formulated as one of the resolutions from the World Youth Festival in 2016. Web workshops were put forward as a way of continuing the learning across geographic borders for not only Festival participants, but all interested young adults.
Every month, the Programme offers a workshop on an interesting topic relevant to young adults at various stages of life, from students and early career professionals to young parents and established professionals. Topics will initially be based around Personal Effectiveness, Leadership and Business Management. As this programme is coordinated by and developed for young adults, interested participants will also be encouraged to request topics that they feel will be most useful for them and their peers. Future programme workshops will be developed based on the feedback and topics submitted by young adults, creating a relevant syllabus with ownership by all who participate.
Workshop facilitators and presenters are from both within and outside the Sathya Sai International Organisation. They are specifically selected to provide subject expertise, guidance and lived experience. Young adults will be able to interact with and learn from facilitators during the workshops.
